2. Consultation: Share you ideas, inspiration and any specific requirements. We'll then invite you to our London Mayfair location or arrange a video call, whichever suits you best.

3. Design  Phase: We'll develop design concepts based on your vision and refine them with your feedback until the design feels perfect.

4. Crafting: Once approved, our craftspeople begin creating your piece with meticulous attention to detail. Where possible, we'll provide a visual representation so you can preview the final look. 

5. Delivery: Your finished jewellery will be delivered with the care it deserves, beautifully presented in our Paddelle packaging.
